Thank you for organising the recent purchase of our two new cars. Life these days is busy, and I really didn’t have the time or will to go through the sometimes long and detailed process of “getting the best deal”.

A google search, one inquiry on your website, followed by a quick phone call, and we were away! I just wanted to let you and your staff know how pleased I am with the way in which you collectively organised the purchase and delivery of my new Holden Calais last week. I had visited our local dealer on 2 occasions to discuss a proposed purchase but they did not even bother to follow up with me as I had asked.

From the first contact I had with you after finding your details on the Internet until the delivery of the car I cannot speak too highly of the manner in which all of you assisted me in every way possible.

Dear People,

Just confirming completion of deal with Connells on Mercer Subaru and our satisfaction with same.

The reason we approached your particular brokership was simply the abilty to deal with a person(s) –(Your Staff), rather than a computer.

The reason we felt the need to approach a broker in the first place was the puerile sales methods sought to be applied to us by a metropolitan Melbourne Subaru dealership where we were quoted an insupportable figure for a 2006 demonstrator to which the dealership - having run up thousands of kilometres upon it- sought to apply GST as a separate charge (not to mention state duties on the quoted price + GST) and then to play the "good cop bad cop" game where the sales person would be on our side (hearty laughter here please) against his greedy office manager.

Such subterfuges do not appeal to us, nor we would suspect, to any other rational adult.

Well what can I say but a really simple process that delivered to me the car I wanted at the best price in town. Your representatives were easy to talk too and provided a no hassle price that ended up being 10% cheaper than any deal I could negotiate.
