I just wanted to say in writing that I could not be happier with my experience with LeaseWorks / NewCarsAustralia. When I began looking for a new car to make use of my car allowance my first stop was google to find out a little more about car leasing / finance options / finance brokers. Newcarsaustralia.com.au popped up on the first page, and so I thought there could be no harm in filling out an online quote. I ended up filling out 2 or 3 that afternoon for different places. Before this I had no idea that car brokers existed (either have many of the friends I’ve told since). You were the only person to contact me after filling out my form.. about 24/48 hours after doing so.. and by then I actually thought I had already found a pretty good deal on an ex-demo, not in the colour I wanted, but the price seemed good. After telling you that on the first phone call, and pretty much trying to shrug you off, you told me you could find something a lot better and would call me back in 10 minutes.

10 minutes later you found me a brand new car, same model, colour I wanted, at a lower price!!! Huh? Damn car salesman.That’s when I realised going through you was going to take out all the painful dancing and bargaining I would have to do over weeks and weeks with a car yard to not get ripped off. I think I made you work a little harder then you or I would have liked ;-) unfortunately for you with the prices you negotiate it meant I had a lot more choices! So I think 4 or 5 car makes and models later we finally found the PERFECT one! What I liked most? The first price you gave me was THE price.. when I walked into a dealer just to see a similar car to make sure I liked that model and interior, they attack me with “lets do you a deal today” blah blah blah and whatever they would offer me was FAR FAR removed from the first price you gave me! Like most people, I don’t like dealing with aggressive car sales people. You always feel like someone is ripping you off. With you guys there was NONE of that. I felt like you were on my side the entire time.

 In summary, I love my new car, going through you for the finance as well just made everything so much easier. I’ve been showing off the new car to my friends this week – and sadly.. I’m talking more about my car broker experience then I am about the new car ;-) and all the people I’ve talked to were not even aware car brokers existed! The way I explain it is simple, Kerry is essentially my negotiator. She’s buying cars all the time from these people. I don’t have to waste time dancing the car sales dance.. and due to all the contacts she has, they seem to give her the best price straight away, no bulls#$t to deal with at all!

All in all, could not be happier! And have already recommended LeaseWorks Australia / NewCarsAustralia to all of my friends – and to be honest, EVERYONE I tell seems to be amazed that they have never heard of car brokers before.
